This randomly collected comments came out at certain point in response/help to a conversation between CSW and D.Schwarts... About RIGHTS: Any #right must be #defined in a #contract to exist and it must have a #responsibility attached, any contract #operates only for #signers.
So: WHERE IS THE CONTRACT?!?!
What is written on it?
WHO SIGNED IT?!?!
That’s #all you need to #know to #discern anything!
Hint: Contracts must be “properly” signed to be valid, means that all and any party involved in it must be known to others, so to assign individual accountability and eventual penalties to the right responsible, in case of breaches. (Bitcoin is a very intricate contract…)
At certain point Kurt W. wrote:
"No. Your rights are inherent to your humanity, but they end where they violate the rights of another human. There’s tons of precedent for second and third order impacts to be treated as civil or criminal behavior.A factory unwittingly poisoning a town downstream, for example."
Emanuele Nusca - The Politicator: That’s why imo we always need a political agreement before start building public stuff, to establish a rule, or a political resolution after the “damage” or the arising issues, because either the city and the factory has to exist, are both needed, aren’t they?
And so, especially when we come to #MONEY (which firstly is a #social #agreement) we need to address it #publicly and be ready to negotiate and renegotiate any issue so to finally include all in one safe and “right for all” system of exchange (if it is what we the whole people want, i'm not sure yet, we never really checked)…
Anything is futile without Terrestrials making something with it.
Observing is already "making" or doing something.
A Terrestrial Human Being cannot avoid to observe and so produce its own reality.
Each one of us is a “reality maker”!
